Rip-off dishonest fraudulent refund policy

The JK Harris Co. Is using your name as an endorsement of their shoddy and fraudulent business conduct when you call 1-888-610-8293 - corporate number. While awaiting an operator, one of their messages cites the WSJ.

This company cites the WSJ has endorsing them as the nation's best tax resolution company. This is far from the truth.

JK Harris collects clients and their money, and then refuses to provide timely refunds in the appropriate amount - without any explanation.

According to the South Carolina Dept of Consumer Affairs, this company has a large number of active lawsuits against them, their offices have been raided recently by law enforcement and the consumer affairs staff cannot keep-up with the deluge of complaints against JK Harris & Co.

In fact, all complaints to the South Carolina Dept of Consumer Affairs against JK Harris & Co. Have been referred to the IRS Criminal Investigations Division.

Please take what ever action or possible investigation by the WSJ to expose the business practices of JK Harris & Co. And at the same time, help consumers nation-wide to stay clear from this company. Tax resolution companies such as JK Harris & Co. Are not regulated to safeguard consumer interests. This might
be time for such regulation.

The Better Business Bureau of South Carolina, the State's 2 Senators, the state department of consumer affairs —have all been powerless to deal with this company.

I am a current victim of JK Harris & Co.
