Ripoff mortgage company getting me sued!

I recently bought a new home in Colorado & in the purchase agreement the sellers agreed to pay all closing costs, and give me an additional $1300.00 to buy out the lease at my previous residence -

Well, these rip off mortgage brokers sucked up all of the available money to pay themselves & did not pay the lease buyout! Long story short, my previous landlord / managment company just sent me a letter demanding almost $3000 for breaking my lease! I had lived there for three years & was a perfect tenant & now this!

I called Home Owners in Loveland (they had an office in Aurora, CO & thats who did my deal) and I'm told that the scumbag broker no longer works for the company & that they are closing that office!!!

So now I'm facing collections, credit damage, and maybe a lawsuit from my former landlord!

Damn these people!!
