Do not do business with chase bank! Fell behind a couple of payments. Contacted third partys and discussed account information and amount that needed to be payed with third party. A serious breech of privacy and clear violation against the fair debt collection act. Raised intrest rates for a late payment on another account. I had account with them for years and would not work with me when I called them about the intrest rate. I was a really good customer for a long time and they completly overlooked this. Told to stop calling and they said they could not until they reached me.
