Encore Recievable Management
Privacy Breech - Private information given to a third party Ripoff Kansas

Business & Finance

Chris Stock is the representative from this debt collection agency that breeched my privacy when he called a third party looking for me and provided them with all of my information including the amount of money that I was in debt.

According to the Fedreal Trade Commission, the law states:

(b) COMMUNICATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. Except as provided in section 804, without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector, or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, or as reasonably necessary to effectuate a postjudgment judicial remedy, a debt collector may not communicate, in connection with the collection of any debt, with any person other than a consumer, his attorney, a consumer reporting agency if otherwise permitted by law, the creditor, the attorney of the creditor, or the attorney of the debt collector.

This representative also told the third party that I was in huge trouble, would be going to court if I did not make payment by the next day and possibility of time in jail.
