Ripoff Called and harassed me and my wife multiple times, WRONG NUMBER

We have been harassed with over 4 phonecalls from this company. My wife was harassed a few days ago by a woman asking for a man who we do not know. My wife told them that she had no idea who that was, wrong number, basically a "no harm no foul" situation.

The lady who called here told my wife "we both know that he does live there". She told her that he didn't, not to call back. They called back, and left 3 hateful messages.

When I got involved, I called the number back I got a man, sounded like he was totally unprofessional, and possibly working out of a house. He asked me if I was the guy they were looking for, no credentials, no identification, no reason. I told him about the harassing phonecalls, and asked him (Chandler, he told me this was his name) what the company name and address was, that I was tired of being harassed like this. He told me it was "Allied Interstate", and when I asked the address, he says "Arizona". He then hung up on me.

I called back, determined to get an address, and I never got it. This lady kept getting louder and louder with me, asking me if I was this guy she was looking for. I didn't answer, trying to get more information from her. She then told me "It is none of your business, unless you are Mr. D. ARE YOU HIM, OR ARE YOU NOT???".
I told her it was my business, that this company had inappropriately invaded my space, and that she didn't have to give me the address, that I would have them investigated. I looked them up online, and found that Minnesota had sued this debt collection agency for harassing strangers, etc.

This company is a bunch of creeps, who are ruthless. It is NOT worth the harassment of many uninvolved people just because they possess a number. It should be illegal for this company not to identify themselves or provide credentials. I have filed complaints with the attorney general of MN, and FTC. I hope they get the justice they deserve.
