Ripoff

This company has called my house, and my brothers house. When I called the company back they could not find my information by my phone number, my brothers phone number or my social security number yet I am receiving phone calls and mailings that I owe American Express $1485.00.

I would like to know how they got my information and my brothers when neither of us is listed in any telephone directory in the US. I need to find out how to stop them from calling me and my family members about an account that I called them about and could not find in any of their systems.
