EDPREPORTING ripoff my checking account for 159.00

I was trying to find a credit card for travel and i had got a e-mail from acclaim visa so i wanted to check it out to go from one page to the other i had to give information so i did when i relized what kind of deal it was i never submitted it but they had my information they called a few days later and i told them i didnt want their card it was not what iwas looking for. A week later i found that my checking account had a 159.00 dollars withdraw from it.

They overdrew my account and caused me to have at least 8 bad checks why would anybody pay 159.00 for a preloaded 10.00dollar card what good is that. If i had the money on hand to put on a card id just pay for what i was wanting right. I will persue this to the ends of the earth if i have to the goverment should not allow this if this company was not crimanalwhy dont they return peoples money when they get something they dont wont.
