Promised $75 credit for opening a direct deposit checking account

I had filled out an online change of address with the post office and received coupons for various discounts, one being a $75 dollars to open a direct deposit checking account with BANK of AMERICA. When I did, the banking officer was given a coupon and stated "you'll have the money in about three months". I have yet to receive it and personally contacted them three separate times. Their reply was "We'll look into it. You are not the first to complain about this!" I will follow up with a complaint to the state banking department.
