Mislead and lied to me, ripoff

I found wired plastic on an online search for pre paid debit cards. I read the terms and conditions and all the information on the web site. I called and asked them if I open this account if I could have my husbands and my tax return deposited into the account I was told that I could and it would go in with no problems because my name would be on it.

They let our state return go in with it being ajoint check and then returned our federal tax refund back to the IRS. I called from 02/03/06 till 02/06/06 to find this out after story after story from them.

My tax refund will not get to me for about a month so I'm told from the IRS and in the mean time I am having my water shut off and going to lose my home and auto. No way to buy food or anything else that my family needs. Also our auto ins.

I would like any one to give me any info I can use to deal with this company and I want to know if We have a case. No place in the terms did it say I cannot have this refunds in to the account. If any one can help let me know.
