Wamu false assesment of fees Ripoff

Washington Mutual talks about how it doesnt extort us with fees upon fees but this seems to be far from the case. I have been assesed many fees some that were said to be waived and some not even mentioned in my original paperwork or any addendums to my fee schedual.

They claim to wave the $3 sercharge for people under 19 upon request and I did that and they said it should be waived and so I got a statement with my fee on it and I was only 17 and so they just ignored my questions and I got charged the fee for many months (sometimes more than once) of that time ammounting atleast $72

They also charged me this $5 which they have yet to explain in consistancy with my paperwork and (adendums I techinicly only got privacy policy adendums until this year and they dont take affect until march). This is totaling up to atleast $20.

They also have charged me non-sufficient fund fees for transactions I never even attempted $23 a peice totaling $207.

This is a total of 292 dollars in fees I should never have acrewed (and there some other fees that are semi-legit but not really because if I hadnt been assesed some of the wrongful fees I wouldnt have acrewed them either because I got charged some other nonsufficient fund charges that if I had the $92 I would have had the sufficient funds.
