Been waiting 1 year for Package same run-around every time ripoff business from hell

On July 19 I received this yellow card in the mail guaranteed to receive a credit card within 4 -6 weeks. Needless to say, this company has ripped me off for $221.99,37 phone calls (lasting anywhere from 30-45) on hold, lies, deception and totally defrauding consumers. I have sent certified mail to this company with no response. I have sent demand letters for a refund, no response. I am in the process of suing this company in civil court for the amount of $221.99, plus emotional distress in the highest amount available by law. They should have just sent me the credit card, it would have been cheaper. GingerJackson, Michigan
