Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business, took my money, then lied and said they would return it

I sent a $43 check for their credit card and recieved it in about a month. It came with a catalogue full of absolute junk. They said the merchandise in the catalogue is what I could buy with my card. I called right away and told them their card wasn't what I thought it would be and I could't use it. When I told the young lady I would like my money back she passed me on to her supervisor and he said they would gladly return my money if I would mail their catalogue and card back to them. This has been more than amonth and a half. When I called back I could only get a recording which would not connect me with anyone. JoeClearwater, Florida
