Ripoff they was going to payoff my creditcards in 36mons they withdrew 960 dollors out of my acount and didnt pay on any of my cards

I called them to help with my creditcards they said they could get me out of debt in 36months or less so whey took $320.00 dollors out of my acount for 3months so i called them to see what they have payed and now i can't get ahold of them
