I had the misfortune of coming to work for Ameriquest Mortgage in late 2004. It was the worst work experience of my life. I quit after a few months. First of all, if you're not young, single and first and foremost, a white boy with no life whatsoever that sucks up to management 24/7 that eats, sleeps and breaths Ameriquest forget about advancing. The office I worked in was a complete joke. Mismanagement at its worst. Fraud at its worst! I saw lender fees upwards of 15 grand. I witnessed credit reports being altered. Documents with signatures being forged. Customers basically being ripped off on a daily basis.

At the traiing session in Chicago there was this young slut they had hired out of Cleveland Ohio that was screwing guys there at the hotel that she had just met during training. The guy that was hired to be our boss actually had the balls to bring this bitch to our office and flaunt her as his girlfriend. Our office was told it was mandatory to make at least a couple hundred calls per day. I witnessed certain co-workers that would get 2 to 5 deals per day having logged no calls whatsoever. These were the people that were basically being handed deals from the manager while us poor suckers were making the required calls. I saw our processor get fired for no reason out of the blue. I saw an Account Executive get fired for basically telling it like it was. He was told that he was a negative influence on the office. When the shit finaly hit the fan and the incompetent branch manager was fired suddenly everyone else over him pretended like they had no idea he was a low life that practiced fraud at the highest level. I couldnt stomach seeing people getting ripped off and working in an office that was basically a soap opera.

Do not, under any circumstance do business with ameriquest mortgage;unless of course you have a desire to get screwed with your clothes on.

Do not, under any circumstance go to work for ameriquest. It will be the biggest mistake you'll ever make. They should post a sign outside of their human resourc dept. Black people need not apply.
Just keepin it real for the white boys.
