Harassing and trying to sue me. Ripoff

The company keeps calling me and harassing me. They sent me a letter saying that they were suing me. I have been paying a debt consoldation company to pay this company for me. I am in the process of sending documents proving that I have done that. I have spoken to the company that is going to handle this situation. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and the advised me in what to do. I have also contacted the Better Business Bereau about the matter and I have contacted the court with the documents. I have gotten my document notarized to send to the company. I have taken all the steps I was advised to.
