Ripoff, fake collections co seeking money, false bills sent to you home

Merchants Credit guide has informed me that I owe them
$680.84 Due to an eletric bill I failed to pay.

I was informed that this debt has been in collections for 5 years, but this was the first time I was ever contacted.

When asked where the bill was generated from they rattled off address' that ive had over the years. I decided at that moment that this was a scam because they couldnt tell me how I aquired this debt.

So I called back and reached someone else this time. I questioned them to no end and thier story got bigger and bigger

Apparently I own a co.in Chicago that I didnt know about and i owed an eletric bill for 680.84. The funny thing is that Ive never been to Chicago and Ive never had eletricity in my name.

This dispute is still pending, The merchants Credit Guide has sent me a letter with 3 ways to pay this debt within 30 days.
