Ripoff

NCO Financial Systems is apparently a major rip-off group that are trying to pick-up collection accounts - based on what informaiton I don't know. They won't give their address. Some employees don't even know an address to give you as they stammer all over the place trying to make up something, a fax number or any other information. I called Joanna (who would not give her last name, an address, or any fax information) and was interested in getting my ss #. I told her that I would not give that information; she went off on a very unpleasant diatribe at which point I just told her to be quiet and that I would find out the information one way or other. I have noted that they have called my number again and again. I faxed over 5 (!!!) copies of a cease and desist order, said that all calls would be recorded. These people are not a legitimate collection agency; something is very, very odd here. I have asked the postal service, the better business bureau in Philadelphia to please investigate as well as filing a report wiht the local police. There is something really wrong with this purported "company". I think we should all try to put a stop to whatever is going on here.
