American Express - Net Professionals
Net Professionals - American Express Investigation department doesn't do anything to block fraudulent charges RIPOFF

Business & Finance

A company calling themselves NET PROFESSIONALS LLC has been charging my account $29.95 every month for years now. I have spent a huge amount of time looking for this company and they do not exist. My problem is that American Express is doing nothing to help stop this activity.

I have to file fraudulent charges with the American Express company every single month. Every month I receive a letter from their investigation department stating that they will look into it. I cannot talk to any of the "investigators" directly and they will not block a fraudulent company from making charges.

It is a huge hassle to call American Express and file reports every month. I have tracked down other people who had the same problem with the Net Professionals company except THEY HAD VISA and Visa promptly stopped letting Net Professionals charge to their account.

American Express has told me that even if I cancel my account with them I will still be liable for any charges that come through after the cancellation which means I will still have to file fraudulent activity reports with them every month.

It is assumed that with credit cards you have some amount of protection and that they will help you with fraudulent activity. I am so upset with AMEX that I wish I had never used their card.
