It has been my misfortune to have had to deal with this company for a 2000 saturn that I origanally finance for a little ove 14,000 dollors and now still owe over 9,000 dollors. And this is after paying on the car at over 400 dollars a month for the past five years.

When you talk to them and make arrangeents to pay, they call the very next day. On 01/13/06, they called 7 times in one day. And you never talk to the same person twice.
I have repedly requested that they not contact me at my place of employment, and they repedly ingnore this request.

They call and hound my sister-inlaw in direct violation of state and federal fair credit laws. They called and threatend my 19 year old daughter with a lawsuit.
A repo man named mike, called a threatend to call my place of employment and tell them what a low life scumbag i was and that i did not pay my bills.
We have tryed on countless ocassions to work with thease loansharks to no avail. Threats and harrassament are thier common tactics.

I would be intrested in a class action lawsuit to stop this company from preying upon the people who have no one to take on thier case. Americredit must be stopped. Only through a team effort with this be possible.
