FRAUD Harrassing calls! Collectors at door! Ripoff

So in June all is well, then I receive a letter from EMC stating I have no insurance on my home - what? It comes out of my account every month! July they say I didnt pay for June, and I owe insurance and penalties, all the while I have proof. Rather than get a late on credit report I pay and figure I will fight it out later.

Now it's January EMC acutally owes me money but yet bills me for over $4,000 in fees ect, all the customer service (using the term very lightly) state, just pay and "I promise I will take care of it"

Well today I get another letter they want to forclose? What can I do about this? Any help??? I have documents to prove but no one will listen! Do I pay them yet again just to have another COLLECTOR come to my home and state he wants to look at the property that EMC is forcloisng on??? Please help
