Ripoff, offers, thank God I read here before agreeing to anything. Salinas California

I got 2 offers from this company on the same day, one for a MasterCard and one for a Visa. I knew something was fishy when I couldn't find the actual name of the bank or company offering me the card. I looked on the return envelope and found HSBC but I still didn't know what the heck that was, so I scanned the small print in the disclosures and found the name Orchard Bank.

I looked up both online, they do a good job flooding the first half of the search results with their offers and praises, I found a link to this complaint at the bottom of the 1st page of results, they're clever ripoffs. Fortunately, I looked on here before agreeing to anything, and I'm glad I did.

Rest assured, seeing 89 usacomplaints.com concerning this bank has protected at least one consumer from pain and heart ache. One piece of advice I can give all of you, is if an offer comes in saying you've established a great credit record, and you personally know your credit record is in the pits. Throw the offer away right there. A little reality check, any legitimate bank is not going to lend unsecured credit or a 0% interest rate to ANYONE with a credit rating below 600. Hope this helps.
