Ripoff fraud - dishonest - lied - cheat - liar - misleading

I was contacted by David Timmons from Winston & Weber on Dec. 1 2005 to see if I had any companies that owed us money that we have not collected from. I told him about Ricter and Ratner that owed me $10,110.00. He said he could get my money in a very short time. I told him the company promised to pay me by the following week, so I would wait until I see if they follow thru.

The check didn't come through as they promised and when I talked to Ritner and Ratner again I was told that the check was cut and it will be sent this Thursday which was the 15th of Dec.

So when David Timmons called on Wednesday I told him that Ritner and Ratner was sending my check this week, and if I do not get it by Dec. 25 that then he could pursue collection. I received my check and deposited it. Later I got a notice that the check I deposited was returned. When I called Ritner and Ratner they told me that my "lawyer" had cashed my check and has the money.

When I called Winston and Webber they refused to send my money to me even though they admitted to collecting it. Repeated calls not answered or no call back. They have lied to me about their fees and when they would start collections.

Before engaging any business with this company make sure you get everything in writing and do not believe anything they tell you about how quickly they can help. It is not true. You will not be able to get back in touch with the person that you initially talk to. They blame this on "miscommunication". They have been rude and very deceitful.

They still have not sent my money even though they have had it for over 3 weeks.
