Ripoff lied and did misrepresentation, does not have a good refund practice

This is a scam, do not give out bank account information, or listen to the person to whom you are speaking on how to answer. Let them know that you mean business and that they have been found out, do not let them get you. There is NO 12,500 grant that will come to you ever. The grocery money comes in coupons with at limit of one to use at a time and a $2.00 processing fee before it can be used. The first person calls in from the "US Government". DO NOT believe them, hang up the phone and contact your Better Business Bureau and the police departments fraud section. They do not cancel when they are told and have their own records. Please be advised that I did find out today that they do tape record if this helps anyone - I am going to mention this to my bank. Again, if you are checking this out, if you gave information to them and then are checking this out, PLEASE CLOSE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ONE RIGHT AWAY, it is easy to do your bank will help you. If the check is already drawn the next morning and you see it posted on your webbanking or hear it over your automated line, CALL YOUR BANK BY 10 AM. They may be able to return it quickly and deny it, my bank rep informed of this when it was to late. I have now at this point lost a child support check of 292.80 to bank fees and overdrawn amounts at this time, they over drew my account when I thought it was all canceled and was told that no more would be taken out.
