I was forecd back into foreclosure because my manager, Oscar Southall, claims I did not make my 9-15-05 payment when in fact he excepted my payment and had it posted to my loan. I was fined because of his's false information. I do have proof that he excepted my payment. I emailed him and told that I had and $140.00 to put with the funds in foreberance suspense $749.00 to complete a payment. He emailed me back and told me to bring him the money order and I did.

Now, they will take mny home from me because I have no income. He never put comments the system not until he removed stop code 88. He would change amounts on me to bring to Litton. He demand money when he knew financial probelms. He told me; you are in no win situations here. I knew I was in trouble. I have given them two presidential complaints and they will not response to me. They ingore me. Toby Gallgoes, Default VP said Oscar made a mistake and I did not make nay payment. He refused to make the changes. Paul Spicker, HR, Mgr run a credit check without my approval. They have charged my account with outrages fees. I depressed and stressed with there treatment of me.

They sent the BBB a letter responding to my complaint but they did not see me on it. When I asked Toby Gallgoes about the BBB response; he said did you ask Litton to be response to you. Litton's stated in the letter that I did not quality for the Loan Modification or Repayment Plan but net Oscar gave me one. I have copies of the system and can proof that I was treated unfair by the company I worked with for 4 years. On July 7 I called HR Darrhi Lang and she referred me to Janice McClure, SVP. I asked her to transfer my loan to another servicing company and she denied me and at that time there were no policies in place until I was fired on November 9.
