Falsified information on my credit report

In 2005 litton falsified information on my credit report by saying i did not make my mortgage payment. I did make my mortgage payments and i have proof of every payment. This went on for 5 months. They said it was a computer glitch and they did not fix my credit until 6 months later well beyond the respa guidelines. This caused a major financial windfall for us which we still have not recovered from. I cant believe they can get away with this and obviously im not the only one. Who holds them accountable? There seems to be no recourse or restotution for their actions. If there is a class action lawsuit please let me know, i have all my information from dealing with litton loan well documented and believe this would be an asset to any attorney who may have filed a class action against litton. If they cant be dealt with legally then perhaps we who have been hurt by litton should unite, and collect names and addresses of the top people in litton and have a ralley on their front lawns, maybe that will get some attention!
