Sibling used mother's credit card-MBNA suing Probate HELP how do I get this to be siblings debt and not paid by the estate

MBNA is suing Mother's estate to collect $10,000.00 credit card debt. She didn't charge anything, was in hospital or too sick to leave the house. Know siblings used her card and can prove it.
(Couldn't physically have been two places at once.) Can I get copies of statements for the past two years or do I need to sue for them?

I am only an heir, not Executor (she is one of the above siblings) so I don't have a leg to stand on even though debt will be paid using part of my share of the inheritance.
