EMC MORTAGE - UC LENDING ripped me off, stole insurance money and is now trying to throw me and my 4 kids out of our house ripoff

My story is the same as everyone else who has filed a complaint againt EMC Mortgage. The problem started when UC Lending filed Bankruptcy and from that point somehow I went from never missing a payment to a few months later being six payments behind from there it escalated.

They never made one payment for my Taxes on the house which now I owe over $6000 in back payments they stole Insurance money from me when I filed a claim after a Hurricane hit our area. We had to send the check to them for indorsement and never recieved it back. They also put 2 Insurance policies on my house at the same time and I had to fight to get one cancalled because I had my own homeowners Insurance with USAA and they wanted to put their own on instead.

I have now just been served with papers that states I have 30 days to comply or I will be evicted. If anyone can give me some names and support of which step I need to take next please give me some guidence. I tried to refinance with other Mortgage companies but even they were given the run around when they contacted this company and everytime you called someone they were rude and no one had the same answer to any question that was asked. I would speak with one person and be told one thing only to talk to someone else and be told we can't do that.

This whole company is nothing but crooks and when a law suit if filed I will be one of the first to seek retrobution.
