Ripoff dishonest, bad customer service lied, mislead, cheated, fooled

I recieved my "Card" from freedom financial 6 weeks after I gave my 200.00 deposit, I am surprised to say I was trusting, they gave me a customer service number, and an reference number, When I saw the magaine and the pastic grey card with my name on it and a pin number, I realized, I was fooled. During the initial call I was told the card was a pre paid credit card used to help me build my credit, I recieve a magazine subscription and a fake plastic card that is similar to a childrens make believe card. I called the customer service number greeted by an obviously stressed agent (Katie) who when I asked to speak to the manager told me to call Microsoft and ask for Bill Gates. The following day I returned the call and spoke to (maria) who said to order off of the internet on their web site, freedomfinacialcard.com bringing me to the rip off page, now here I sit, 3weeks till christmas, no money, no card, no web site, How could I be so stupid!
Lets do something about this! Should I change my bank info now?
