Ripoff flagant scam CIC Credit Monitoring fraudulent company identity theft

I found this company online and never saw anyplace where there would be a charge associated for their "free credit report." I accessed them at https://www.creditexpert.com / I began being billed $9.95 on the 28th of July and again in Sept. And Oct. I called my Visa card company and they knew all about this company; I was shocked! They credited me back my $9.95 for October as a courtesy and advised that I call them before the 28th of Nov. To demand a cancellation. They also said to 'try' and demand that they credit back the charges in July through September. They said that they are on usacomplaints. Coms.com, which is why I came to this website to research the reports so many other people have filed against this company. Also, they recommended that I fill out the forms to dispute this company's charges, which I am doing; I do NOT want this compnay billing me again, which others have said has happened, EVEN after calling them and requesting a cancellation.

I advise you NOT to give your SS# to these people over the phone, as another person also advised. Demand a refund and then call your CC company or bank and continue to do as the editor of this website suggests. Do NOT give up. I am also putting in a request for usacomplaints. Coms to please file a class action suit against this company.
