Over the last several months, my daughter has received several letters from B.O.S.S. Regarding an account with Viatel, a company with which she has never done business. The latest one, dated 11/18, has the wording about the final attempt to settle the account and the possibility of a 50% reduction mentioned today on another report on this web site.

My daughter called this company and told them she wasn't going to pay this "account, " but the letters have continued to come.

Thinking it might be worthwhile to report the company to the Better Business Bureau for the area, I checked the website (permianbasinbbb.org) for that BBB. I found that it says that BOSS "has a satisfactory record with the Bureau, " even thought it has received 99 complaints regarding the company in the last 12 months.
