Veridicom Investor Fraud ripoff, Vancouver, Karachi

I just wanted to make potential investors, and buyers of biometric security equipment, aware of a company that masks its identity.

The company is called Veridicom. It has a "shell" office in Seattle because it's listed on the US Over the Counter market (VRDI). There are no operations in this Seattle office.instead, the company operates from Vancouver, BC and also has ties to Karachi, Pakistan. The company purports to make biometric authentication equipment.in this day and age of increased security concerns worldwide, it would make sense that a business like this with an allegedly breakthrough product would do well.

But this company has lost money continuously. Also, the company has ties to the Khan family, a well known group of fraud perpetrators that operates out of Los Angeles. You can look up Rafi Khan anywhere on the Internet and learn about him.

Basically, what's so unsettling is that this company is Pakistani-run but based in Canada, but posing as an American company. I suspect but can't prove something not very Kosher is going on here. However, the ripoff is the continual slide of the stock price, from almost $4 a year go down to 8 cents today.
