Ripoff Andre Miller gave me a verification number 2328715 which was BOGUS just as Andre Miller is BOGUS and Solow Solutons is BOGUS New York

I was contacted by a guy who called himself Andre Miller who worked for a company who called themselves Solow Solutions. I was told I was pre-approved and qualified to receive a MasterCard with a credit line of $5000.00

I was given a verification number once the $299.00 cleared my checking account. Which took 3 minutes for the guy to get back on the phone and spit out some numbers. So like the thorough person that I am I wrote it down 2328715. I was told it could take 60-90 days but I would receive my MasterCard with no interest for a year from activation.

I even got a letter from this phony company which I will repeat what it says.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Congradulations and welcome to Solow Solutions. Our staff is committed to ensuring you receive the maximum savings for the benefits enclosed including your Stored Value MasterCard, which is designed to improve your money management.

In order to receive your MasterCard, please complete and sign the application, then follow the other instructions and mail it to the address indicated.

The faster they receive your pre-approved application, the sooner you will receive your Stored Value MasterCard.

Once again, we thank you for choosing Solow Solutions.

Of course I called my bank and argued this fraudulant charge for a service I did not receive. The bank wouldnt help me because it has been past 60 days. I explained that I was told it would take 60-90 days by this phony company that once I waited out their required time period itwas to late and this was not my fault. After several hours on the phone with the bank I got no help. Please somebody tell me what I can do besides hire a lawyer to go after the $299.00 which would cost me triple in attorney fees.
