Co now what is next Ripoff

Ok i have heard alot about merchants credit and i thought i had all my stuff in order. I did the nessisary fraud alert, the sending out letters and police reports. Now i get this letter from merchants credit wanting the money that this women owes them beacuse they bought out an account from another agencey. And now i have call them and deal with idot people. Well if they wont answer me how i want them to i will kindly tell them i will report them to the ftc and the bbb
