Promised a loan and then needed a $500.00 down payment and never funded the loan or refunded your money after they poromised to

Direct Lending Agency tells you you are approved for a loan and then they need a down payment and you send the down payment and they are supposed to fund your loan directly to your account. After 2 weeks I still had not received the loan so I then requested a refund.

2 weeks later I had a voicemail message telling me that a check was scheduled to go to refund my money and I never received and have not received it to this day. They tell you to please leave a message and someone will get back with you and they either don't call you back at all or they call you back after your 10th message and tell you some more lies.

Don't deal with these people they are crooks. Rob Taylor, Steven in Customer Service, Mark Simpson, and David Walters. It has been over a month and I have not received my money back.
