Ripoff

Here is the Story:
I got a check in the mail from "citicards" my credit card company. I cashed the 3 dollar check b/c i thought that it was the Cash Back from my purchases REWARDS. 2 months laster i see a 90 dollar charge on my account (CITI credit card) from a company called CCPA and a 800 number. I call the number and they say that i cashed a check for 3.25 from them and got myself into a contract because i cashed it!

I thought the whole time it was from CITI and i know it is a scam because i Always throw away that kind of crap! I am not Gullable. I dont cash those stupid checks credit card companys always send. I shred them. I CANNOT belive i got scammed by these MOTHER F"S. HOW the h*l do i get myself out of this. Im lucky it is only 90 dollars but who knows they will prbably charge my ass monthly. I Told CITI, and they are going to dispute this but How Could this company have ever got all my credit info. I do NOt have the stupid stub from the check but I know this had to been "CITI logo and stuff. They are SCAMMMERS! They must pay.

The company is a CREDIT CARD PROTECTION AGENCY" HA! My a*. Where is the irony. Why on earth would i need a protection agency when credit card companys protect me themself. Stupid stupid. I cannot find them anywhere on the internet. What on earth do i do now??? Any help appreciated! Thanks
