Harrassment, overcharging

I got out what i believed was an easy loan for windows and moving i introduced at sears through the money shop. The loan modified to homeq and that i was instantly harassesed the same day the loan was due. I had been called many times each day and the mortgage went from 208.47, that we can easily afford to 492.30 simply because they never appear to recieve my insurance information that was sent. I'm currently seeking authorized consult on the problem. The entire experience with homeq is a nightmare. I have finally reduced the loan but in a greater amount than was initially decided to. Exactly what a horrible experience wioth homeq.
