Ripoff ripoff business from hell

Homeq forclosed on my property on 2/13/02. Homeq sold transferred my loan to C-Bass. Montly payments C-Bass or Homeq would not accept any of my monthly payments. Homeq sold my loan to C-Bass and then forclosed on the loan over six (6) months later after their transaction I was served with the Sheriff's sale papers and eviction notice. Homeq repurchased the property at the Sheriff's sale. Homeq advised me they sell property they nolonger own all the time.

I was not notifed just happened to see papers taped to my front door from the sheriff's office. The attorney who filed the eviction papers for Homeq recommended contacting an attorney to protect my investment. Homeq purschased the property back at the sherrif's sale for $62,334.00. Charles Ryan.
In addition, HomeQ has sent Prudential real Estate agents on my property, cutting the gate padlock and breaking into my residence and they were instructed to clean outthe house of my belongs. Predential agaent, Donald Boyde from the Mandeville,
