Claimed three months behind despite six years of copied checks

We've had problems ever since Oakwood Acceptance filed bankruptcy and Vanderbilt Mortgage took over our loan. They claim, and still claim, that we are 3 months behind on our mortgage payments. It's now been over a year since they took over, and we've sent them 6 years of copied checks, one for each month of payments. We still can't get them to correct their errors. They call almost daily, asking the same thing or telling us to pay or get out, and they refuse to speak to our attorney. Vanderbilt refuses to give us our payoff, so we can't refinance to get away from them.

The steps we've taken:
1.) Filed a complaint with the Department of Financial Institutions (check your state's listing).
2.) Filed a complaint with RESPA (go to Respa.com), a division of HUD.
3.) Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (check your state's listing).

We are seeking others to file a class action suit.
