CCA Aka First National Merchant ripoff

CCA contacted me on the phone and said I was accepted
for a First National credit Card, they did not mention
that this would be a company catalog card.

They made a withdraw out of my checking account in August for the amount of $198, a week later they sent me the catalog and a notice stating that they would NOT make that withdraw until December 1.

I contacted them to cancel and also requested a refund to my account, and also made them aware of the notice they had sent. They refused to refund me my money, and also refused to cancel my account.

This company needs to get shut down... My complaint isnt the only one... People have been filing since 1997!!! Is all this legal?
