First national card cca false information

Cca led me to believe that i could get a credit card with a $6500.00 limit and ability to get cash on demand after a $200.00 deposit was made. The deposit would then be refunded to their credit card. What they didn't tell me was it was a catalog only card. They already withdrew 200.00 from my checking account. Is there any thing i can do to get my money back?
