First national card got me for $177.00 what a ripoff!

I recieved a call from these folks and they made it sound like a regular credit card, along with a $177.00 fee. Now, i am trying to repair my credit after filing bankruptcy, so i thought this was a deal. Now, i get the card and can only use it in their catalog. What a rip-off! I want my money back!!!
