Ripoff they lose payments for days that turn into weeks ripoff business from hell

I am trying to rebuild my credit after a fine mess of things, NextCard took a couple of months to send my card, then the NEXT BANK went belly up, and then I started to keep getting more
actual cards in the mail, I had to call the company to ask them to stop sending me cards.

Last week I was supposed to send in only 40 dollars for a payment
and now they want 160 odd dollars and two out of sight cahrges that are not right.

I sent in 100 dollars last month that took over a week for
them to show on the files...

This card company sucks the wind from hell

I hope that anyone that wants to write
me at solartek@building.com can and maybe we can set up a large lawsuit against this group.

The owners are located in San Francisco.
