Dell Financial called us about 6 months ago saying that we were about to be late with a payment, for an extra $10.00 they did a check by phone. That payment was never made! So, for 6 months not only have I been getting phone calls at work, they also call on Sundays and Holidays. I have been making my payments for almost 1year, my wife finally dug up what I owe, the same as when I bought it! In other words Im paying the 30% interest rate.

2 months ago I was tired of the calls and had just made a payment, the lady on the other end stated that for $28.00 I would be out of the rears, no more calls. Not 2 weeks later I get a call, I was Misinformed he says! Please put an end to the madness!
