Ripoff, they took $200.00 out of my checking account after offering me a great deal on a credit card

The company called and offered me a credit card with a low apr and said they had to take 200.00 from my checking account but would send me 200.00 in coupons and i could use them as i would use any credit card. I called them back and told them my husband is the primary care on the account and did not want me to do this. I also told them I had fractured my elbow and was out of work and could not afford this. They said they had me on tape agreeing to this. I was told I had to write a letter explaing why I had changed my mind which I did. I have not heard from this company. I called the number that I gave you on this report I sent and they said I would have to speak with someone from a diffeent company who handles the money but they "do not have a phone number". I have notified my bank who told me since I gave them ny checking accountnumber there was not much they could do except put a stop on any more money they tried to take out. I cant beleive I was so stupid. I never have given out my chceking to anyone and know I no why.
