Refused to give an address for the company to mail payment, ripoff

I have been a long time customer of Sonic Payday. I provide them approximately $400 monthly in profits for and $800 dollar loan twice a month.

I had an NSF payment for the first time due to bank error. My bank was not able to do anything other than to tell Coastline Credit to resubmit the payment.

Ivory Kerry is the representative I dealt with. She refused to resubmit payment or provide an address to mail guaranteed funds overnight. What kind of business doesn't have an address?

I did not want to use Western Union or Moneygram due to another fee being charged (this is company policy for accepting NSF payment). I offered to use these services if they would deduct the fee. This was also refused.

So after coming to no resolution and being threatened to call my payroll department and putting the information on my credit report, I paid the fees ($79 more dollars of my hard earned money). So I have to let the public know the hassle this company can cause and I will never do business with them again.

This company is based out of Ireland and collects payments through Coastline Credit in Texas.
