Keeps your money - wont refund Houston

Last Saturday we accidentally used our personal VISA card to make a purchase for $424.23. When we realized our mistake we immediately had the company reverse the charges. This was done the exact same day.

The original debit came out on Monday. The credit has never been put back into our account.

I was told every day this week to call back tomorrow but it would not be over 3-5 business days before we would receive our credit. Today is the 5th business day.

I just called the bank and now I'm being told that we now have to file a dispute and it's going to take 45-90 days to refund our money. This is ridiculous!

I have a receipt from the company showing the reversal of the charge. Why do I have to go through all this hassle just to have my money refunded?

I have been a customer of theirs for 6 years but once I get my money back, I'm closing my account for good and they can go to hell.
