Prosperica ripoff

I too was ripped off by this "credit card company". Thank god for a website like this one or i would still be waiting for my card in the mail and call the fraudulant number to listen to automated voices or a busy signal. Since then I have called the bank in North Carolina where my check was cashed and they are fully aware of this activity and was willing to reimburse me my $249.00. But since then I have gotten repeated phone calls from Prosperica a new company doing the same thing from the same city in New York.

Coincidence? I don't think so. It is now gotten to be like harrassment because I have let them know I know what they are doing and they still call me. Some one has got to put a stop to these people one day they called me five times!!! When I told them I had already been scammed once before and don't call me anymore, they call right back. The lady "Maggie" says you have my number on caller I.D. Why don't you call it back? Thats the only number you need. I told her thank you have a great day! So I called it..."I'm sorry the number you have dialed is not in service." But guess what she calls back!

When I confront her about her so called phone number and ask her how many numbers she has she replies "I have your number" and starts to read it off. I hung up on her and she continued to call me that day but I did not answer the phone. Enough is enough! I have reported these companies to the BBB, FTD, and The Attorney Generals in both New York and the state I reside in. I believe these companies are connected and i am not going to quit until justice is served. I know I got my money back but now its just more serious than that!
