VictorYou Forget 15 Days, Don't believe it, 60 days to close and they forgot to take impounds. Guess who has to pay them now? Yep, Me. Ripoff

Quicken promised they could close the loan in 15 days and before my son's wedding. Well a month later and after the wedding I finally closed. They promised a no fee loan fixed loan after I paid my account on time for 6 months. They brought in a low appraiser. My house was worth the same as it was a year ago in Southern California. Sure. Then they told me I could only get an
interest only loan.

It was not cost free but only about $4600 ha... So much for no costs. Then to top it off they forgot to pay the impounds for the insurance. I did not even know until I
recieved a cancelation notice.

Victor You cannot do what he claims he can. They suck you in and then change the deal before you close. Do not trust them. They have a college they send the new recruits. The name is "How to RIPP OFF the people 101"
