Ripoff

I am having a problem with this company and my first payment has not even made. ASC will not even give me my loan number or location where to send my payment because the loan is in my husband's name. They were rude and I hung up on them. I called Quicken Loans who handled my refinance and they weren't any help either. I have not received any documents from ASC and my loan is due tomorrow. I will however do as suggested by many others, send my payment Certified and keep all documentation.
