EquiCredit where service is first, ripoff victimized many consumers

My name is Andrea I. And have had my loan through EquiCredit for the past two years. I can't tell you the countless times my account has been penalized for so-called late payments. I would expect 7days (three to reach FL and four days to post) to be sufficient for this company to service my loan!!!

The late fees are unacceptable to me and I am getting nowhere with the company.

I might add, when the company is called, a VOICEMAIL adivses to leave number and they will return call... NOT!!!

What's an old gal to do??? Am looking for help and solutions.
